很多语言考试对Lexical resources都有所要求, 考查学生的语言应用能力，所以大家在托福与GRE考试的写作中，需要注意替换词的运用。今天我们就来学几组写作高级替换词。
1. 改变，转变 (替换change)
(1). convert
例句：Innovators rarely come up with new ideas; instead, they convert old ideas into new ones,adapting them from one context to another.
翻译：创新者很少产生新创意， 他们把老的创意变成新创意，让其从一个环境转换到另一个环境。
(2). alter
例句：You can alter your reality if you will create your own map and lead others in the direction you want to go.
翻译：如果你创造自己的蓝图并且指引别人向你想要的方向前进的话，你可以改变你的现实。
(3). metamorphose
例句：We are in constant metamorphose, nothing in life is eternal.
翻译：我们在不断改变，生活中没有什么是永恒的。
2. 提高（替换improve）
(1). promote
例句 : China has only one goal over the issue of Afghanistan: to promote peace and development in Afghanistan.
翻译：在阿富汗问题上，中国的目的只有一个，即促进阿富汗实现和平与发展。
(2). advance
例句：Timid people don't get promoted. They don't advance and grow and become powerful in the marketplace.
翻译：胆怯的人不会得到提拔，他们在市场中难以前进、难以成长、也很难变强大。
