昨天2016年G20杭州峰会正式结束，网上的一份随之而来的G20的晚宴菜单翻译也风靡起来。遗憾的是，整个菜单的翻译令人扼腕叹息。我们，从小学开始就学英语，直至大学，加起来不下十年，但是，既然是正式的场合，翻译应该慎之又慎，否则会被人嘲笑的。
说来也是，中国的很多菜是非常独特的，翻译起来的确非常难。菜单翻译也的确考验一个人的翻译水平，话说回来，采取意译的方式还是比较靠谱的。
